Sunny Egg and Spinach Leaves
Fried eggs with cherry tomatoes on a bed of spinach makes for a really healthy breakfast.

- 4 Eggs
- 10 cherry tomatoes
- 2 handfuls of spinach
- 1 tsp coconut oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Put coconut oil in large frying pan to hig heat.
Arrange spinach as you like on your plate.
Crack eggs into frying pan and add tomatoes.
serve when eggs are done to your liking and add salt and pepper to taste.
