  • 2 egg
  • 1 slices of Smoked salmon
  • 1 tablespoon Coconut oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 slices Rye bread


  • Put coconut oil in a pan and chop salmon into small pieces.
  • Put Rye bread in toaster.
  • Add egg to pan and scramble once cooked combine with salmon and add salt and pepper to taste.
  • Serve with you rye bread.
